We’ve returned to Congleton, launching our latest 450+ home development in the North West.
The new-build properties have launched at Round Hill Gardens, which is located off Giantswood Lane.
A mix of three, four and five bedroom properties have been released across two phases; Woodlands and Blossoms.
A new entrance will be created from Manchester Road forming a tree-lined boulevard into the new development.
The development will eventually include 454 new homes and will feature a wide selection of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, including 79 affordable properties to be offered for sale at a discounted market value to meet local need.
Planning consent was granted for the 64-acre development earlier this year and follows a sell-out success of our previous Congleton venture, Cranberry Gardens.
Areas of the site are earmarked for a new primary school, 12.5 acres of open space and local shops and will be subject to future planning applications.
“We are very pleased to be back in Congleton, working with local contractors and members of the community,” said Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director for North West.
“Properties are on sale off-plan, from our sales office at Tabley Park in Knutsford.
“This is a development with something for everyone, from apartments to larger family homes, so we know it is going to be popular.”
Properties include the three-bedroom Timbersbrook which boasts an open plan kitchen/dining room with French doors out into the garden. A separate lounge and cloakroom completes the ground floor.
The first floor is home to three double bedrooms, with an en-suite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom. Prices start from £307,000.
The Warren is a five-bedroom property with yet again an ample living area including a spacious kitchen/dining and family area, separate lounge, cloakroom and integral garage.
Two of the five double bedrooms have their own ensuite, while a family bathroom completes the first floor. Prices for The Warren starts from £567,000.
