We’ve been granted planning permission for 320 new homes in the village of Ravenfield, Rotherham.
We acquired the 36-acre development, located off Moor Lane South, earlier this year and work is due to start imminently, with the first homes due to go on sale in the early summer.
The plans granted will include a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes from our Heritage Collection, with 240 homes for private sale and 80 affordable properties, offering a wide range of options to meet the needs of the community.
Located at the centre of the development, which is to be marketed under the name Poppy Fields, will be a large area of open space, featuring a play area and a community orchard.

Ravenfield is a small village about three miles east of Rotherham, with a great range of primary schools, local amenities, shops and parks. It offers excellent transport links and great access to the M18 and M1. It is also close to nearby Wickersley, which also offers a choice of schools, shops and woodland walks.
