The UK Property Awards recognise the best in business at an annual ceremony at The London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
Winners named best in the UK, including website Redrow.co.uk, will now go on to compete at the highest level, against the top scorers from several other global regions, to be named best in the world at The International Property Awards Grand Final later this year.
Alongside the win for Redrow.co.uk, the Flintshire-based homebuilder had 10 other award winners in total, with seven of its entries receiving the highest level of accolade in each category – the coveted Five Star award – at the event.
Now in its 30th year, the UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and cover over 45 different architecture, interior design and development related categories.
Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by House of Lords members Lord Thurso, Lord Best and Lord Waverley.
